Colorado Water Conservation Alliance 

The Colorado Water Conservation Alliance is a Colorado 501 (c)(4) corporation comprised of farmers, ranchers, conservationists, water advocates , public officials and citizens allied to preserve Colorado's land, water and heritage.

 

CWCA supports the long-standing status quo of Float Don't Touch  that has served Colorado well.
We oppose a so-called “right to wade” legislation because it would disrupt that balance. At the same time, we believe that any effort to legislate and codify the right to float  risks unintended consequences on the other side — including breaking the current status quo to the detriment of the right to float itself.
